Kvant Capital is a boutique advisory firm which specializes in funding of investments and legal/tax structuring especially in the Edutech, Fintech, Healthtech and Renewable Energy sector.
Kvant Capital is an expert in arranging funding and financing opportunities for investments in renewable energy projects.
Kvant Capital has a broad network among international energy investors. These investors are private individuals, family offices and institutional investors.
Kvant Capital can complete energy project finance by connecting projects with a number of renewable energy funding sources.
We also provide private placement equity or debt (bonds) fundraising solutions for companies using our network of private equity, family office and individual investor contacts. We have extensive experience in debt arranging and structuring, particularly in project finance, for a variety of industry sectors (health care, fintech) besides the renewable energy space.
